Since our foundation we have always been conscious about the social responsibility any company must have, no matter its size. SMEs have an enormous impact not only on their employees and employees’ family lives, but also on their most immediate surroundings. Aware of this situation as we are, we have based our Social Responsibility Strategy on three main axis:

  1. Generating local wealth by improving competitiveness of the companies in our region. Actually, we have accompanied several local companies in their opening to international markets.
  2. Reconciling work and family life of our staff, enabling measures such as remote working or flexible working hours.
