A study on staff engagement for an European Agency
Our customer is a European Agency that is aware about the big relevance their employees’ attitude and commitment plays in achieving Agency’s objectives. Our customer understands that a motivated professional will have a direct impact on the institution’s performance, that’s why they want to know their current degree of staff engagement, and how to further improve it.
The conclusions of our study allowed the Agency not only to detect the existing areas for improvement, but also how to improve them. The year after the study was conducted, not only the measured staff engagement had raised by 27%, but the reported human situation by the Senior Management was radically better.
This project used both on-line and on-site interviews (including group dynamics and individual ones), as well as a specifically designed questionnaire for EU Agencies.
