R&D Project — BEHAVIA & AI4WEB

The BEHAVIA project (Dynamic Characterization System of Web User Behaviors through Artificial Intelligence) with file number ZL-2025/0000005, aims to develop an advanced and intelligent web analytics system that characterizes website traffic using artificial intelligence models. This system will identify navigation patterns and improve website usability. The project is carried out in collaboration with MONDRAGON UNIBERTSITATEA (MU), which will contribute its knowledge in AI algorithms and techniques.

It has been supported by the 2025 call of the Competitive HAZITEK program of the Department of Economic Development, Sustainability and Environment of the Basque Government, an action co-funded by the Basque Government and the European Regional Development Fund 2021-2027 (ERDF).

El proyecto BEHAVIA (Sistema de Caracterización Dinámica de Comportamientos de Usuarios Web mediante Inteligencia Artificial) con número de expediente ZL-2025/0000005, tiene como objetivo general desarrollar un sistema avanzado e inteligente de analítica web que permita caracterizar el tráfico de un sitio web mediante modelos de inteligencia artificial. Este sistema identificará patrones de navegación y mejorará la usabilidad del sitio web. El proyecto se lleva a cabo en colaboración con MONDRAGON UNIBERTSITATEA (MU), que aportará su conocimiento en algoritmos y técnicas de IA.

El proyecto ha recibido una subvención en la convocatoria 2025 del programa HAZITEK Competitivo del Departamento de Desarrollo Económico, Sostenibilidad y Medio Ambiente de Gobierno Vasco, un programa cofinanciado por el Gobierno Vasco y por la Unión Europea mediante los fondos FEDER.

The project AI4WEB deals with “Artificial Intelligence for the Use in Big-Data Environments from Web Analytics for the Characterization of Websites”. It began in 2022 and went on with its execution in 2023 under the project number ZL-2023/00061. It has been supported by the 2023 call of the Competitive HAZITEK program of the Department of Economic Development, Sustainability and Environment of the Basque Government, an action co-funded by the Basque Government and the European Regional Development Fund 2021-2027 (ERDF).

The project is carried out with the help of the RVCTI agent MONDRAGON UNIBERTSITATEA and investigates the application of artificial intelligence algorithms on data generated by web analytics and monitoring tools.

El proyecto AI4WEB “Inteligencia Artificial para la Aplicación en Entornos Big-Data Procedentes de la Analítica Web para la Caracterización de Sitios Web” comenzó en 2022 y ha seguido su desarrollo durante 2023 con el número de expediente ZL-2023/00061. El proyecto ha recibido una subvención en la convocatoria 2023 del programa HAZITEK Competitivo del Departamento de Desarrollo Económico, Sostenibilidad y Medio Ambiente de Gobierno Vasco, un programa cofinanciado por el Gobierno Vasco y por la Unión Europea mediante los fondos FEDER.

El proyecto se realiza en colaboración con el agente de la RVCTI MONDRAGON UNIBERTSITATEA y se centra en el análisis de la aplicación de algoritmos de inteligencia artificial sobre los datos generados por herramientas de seguimiento y analítica web.
